Who and What is C3 Training?

C3 Training was incorporated in April 2003 to help people get great results, and live happy, fulfilling lives.

We believe that the way to get great results is to learn what we don't know about ourselves, so that we can change or break set behaviour patterns, and set goals for what we do really want. The courses developed 25 years ago by Context Associated helps people to get what they say they want. C3 Training provides The Excellence Series: The Pursuit of Excellence, The Wall, The Advancement of Excellence and many other programs including Mastery.

These are not just personal development courses, they will help you have more fulfilling careers, more satisfying relationships, set goals, be more successful, have more fun, and enjoy life!

Our Team

Tim Sullivan

Tim Sullivan is the President of C3 Training. He has a background in Banking and Finance, and 25 years in management. Tim is presently a registered Mortgage Broker, in addition to running C3 Training. He is very excited and committed to launching Context Associated Programs across Western Canada, and helping people live committed, congruent lives with clarity.

Tim has quite a story to tell about how he got involved with these courses. He admits he was a serious skeptic at first, but he was willing to go to an intro session and find out what all the fuss was about. After the intro he decided to sign up for the Pursuit of Excellence with the intention of claiming the money back guarantee. Well, needless to say, he didn't ask for his money back, he signed up for the next course! He went on to take The Wall, and the Advancement of Excellence.

Since Sept 1993, Tim has taken every Context program, including Mastery levels 1 and 2, and 21st Century Leadership. After concluding his courses he chose to lead 21st Century Leadership and the Advancement of Excellence, and has also volunteered as an assistant in several of these programs. He has worked very closely with Randy Revell and his wife, Judy, who are the creators of this series of personal development courses. He was the Western Canada Area Director for Context Associated, and has now become a "franchisee" so that he can offer these courses across Western Canada.
