Program Leadership Training

Do you believe that you have what it takes to lead The Excellence Series?

Open to graduates of The Excellence Series, Program Leadership Training is an exciting course designed by Context Associated to teach people to lead The Excellence Series.

The most important component to effectively teach any topic is strong ground. Strong ground comes from a deep understanding and belief in the topic at hand. When a person presents from this place, people tend to be engaged and have a strong desire to follow the speaker.

Thus, the primary focus of Program Leadership Training is enhancing each participant's understanding and integration of the "context of Context" - the principles upon which the courses are based.

Effective leadership also requires a high degree of self-knowledge, a willingness to show up fully and be seen by my people, and holding the position that I am winning in my life. Thus, Program Leadership Training is also about continuing the voyage of growth started in The Excellence Series.

How does it work?
